All information regarding medical specialties (Veterinary clinics), price quotes, and location address maps is verified with local medical licenses, shop registries, and user feedback loops before a business is marked as Approved.
Only users who register and use our booking service (or have documented interactions with the business) may post reviews. Self-promotion reviews by business owners or competitors trying to manipulate ratings are prohibited.
We review reported comments. Reviews containing profanity, medical diagnoses not backed by records, harassment, or hate speech are immediately hidden from public listing pages.
We encourage business owners to respond professionally to negative customer reviews. Owner replies are subject to the same strict code of conduct.
If you spot inaccurate address coordinates, phone details, pricing lists, or licensing certificates, please raise a request immediately via our support page or report the business. Our operations team inspects every report within 24 to 48 business hours.
